if you receive Credit Card Payment Failed it has most likely been charged Wind cave are trying to resolve the issue

this has created alot of work for our support team but we are refunding those that have been double-charged

Windcave will be routing its traffic through additional security services to strengthen the protection of its APIs against Denial of Service and cyber-attacks. This measure is intended to enhance the overall security of Windcave, safeguarding it from potential malicious activities targeted at its APIs. If you do not restrict outbound traffic, there will be no changes required from your end. However, if you must restrict traffic to a trusted list of IP addresses please email support@windcave.com to obtain a full list. Changes will be gradually rolled out from the 15th August 2023.
