Important Update: SMS Delivery Changes causing 2FA to Fail < Restored

Dear Valued Clients,
We wanted to let you know that our SMS gateway provider has recently implemented changes to their system to help reduce spam and fraudulent text messages. Unfortunately, these changes were made without prior notice to us and temporarily affected some outgoing SMS notifications and 2FA Authentication for Clients Area
We’ve since resolved the issue, and normal SMS delivery has been restored. 14/10/2025 3 pm
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
To help avoid similar disruptions in the future — and to improve security — we strongly encourage you to switch to Google Authenticator (token-based verification). This method is more reliable and secure than SMS, and it’s easy to set up on your phone.
You can download Google Authenticator free from the App Store or Google Play, and we can assist you with enabling it on your account if needed.
