How to Cancel services through your Client Area. This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into Client Area of Kiwidata.. If you are having problems doing that, or don't know how, please view the tutorial named "How to Login to theClient Area of Kiwidata.".
In the main Client Area Menu, you will find "My Products and Services". Clicking that link will take you to a page that will allow you to review all your Hosting plans and the current status of those plans.
Click On Active Green Button Text
On the left Menu Request Cancellation
Please note that items/services may not be eligible for a refund through a third-party provider. Unfortunately, their policy does not allow for cancellations or refunds once the order has been processed.
